What kind of license do I get when I buy a RetroSupply product?
We've designed our license to be painless and non-prohibitive. We hate when people try to suck as much money out of designers as possible on extended licenses. Basically, you can use our products on multiple projects, no problem. If you're using it in an app or selling thousands of copies of our clip art email us and let's talk.
What kind of guarantee do you offer?
We pride ourselves on providing the best guarantee in the industry. Any product you purchase is on a 60 day trial basis. That means if you don't like a product for ANY reason just email us within 60 days of purchase. We'll refund your money promptly and with no questions asked.
Who makes your products?
Our products are made in house by real working designers. That means when a product is made it's made to the specifications that a working freelancer or agency creative would expect.
We also have some cool guest designers making products including people like: Von Glitschka, Brad Woodard and Aaron Sechrist to name a few.
What fonts are you using? I love them and want to use them in my work!
We use a handful of fonts that we really love including: Futura, Gotham, Filmotype Lucky, Dude, Heroic Condensed and Selfie.

Can I sell my original artwork if I used your products as a resource?
Of course! As long as you're selling a flattened design where the resources cannot be extracted by a third party.
We'd love to see the work you do using our resources. Feel free to share them via social media or send them via email at support@retrosupply.co. You never know, you may be featured!
How do you define "original artwork"?
An original design is a design where purchased products are not used stand alone (except for fonts). Instead they're combined with other resources, artwork or original design work, so that your purchased resources do not constitute the primary source of the design. If you are unsure of whether your design is considered an "original design", feel free to ask at support@retrosupply.co.
What if I need to provide my client or printer with original source files?
You are allowed to provide your printer with source files for the sole purpose of printing your work. Once the printing has occurred, they should delete all files from their system.
Please do not provide your clients with layered, source files. They should only be given final, flattened designs. If your client requires access to source files, they will require a license for themselves.
What should I do if I need several licenses for a class or office?
Our license accommodates single users only. If you need several licenses for a group, feel free to contact us. We would love to negotiate a group license for you! Email us at support@retrosupply.co.
Can I redistribute, sub-license or share the resources I have purchased?
In short, please don't. We keep our license pretty simple. All we ask is that you don't share our resources with those who haven't purchased a license.
I want to exceed the limits within this license. What should I do?
If you are using our products to produce work that will sell in mass amounts, in an app, or anything else you feel unsure about, please contact us to determine whether you need to upgrade your license.
Can RetroSupply create a logo for me?
We are currently not accepting any logo jobs. However, we are honored you thought of us and we welcome the use of our resources for your own branding endeavors.
