1. Sponsor

The RetroSupply Dream Desk Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by RetroSupply LLC, 24017 Northeast Margaret Road, Brush Prairie, Washington 98606 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, and who have a valid email address and Internet access.
If required by state regulations, residents of New York and Florida are excluded.
Employees, officers, and agents of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling) or household members, are not eligible.
Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) on October 27, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. PT on November 10, 2025 (“Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Sweepstakes.

4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)

During the Promotion Period, visit [landing page URL] and submit your valid email address to join the RetroSupply email list. Submitting your email constitutes one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Promotion Period. Multiple entries from the same person or email address, or entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means, will be void.

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (ARV)

  • One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive the Ultimate RetroSupply Gift Pack, which includes a curated selection of retro and vintage art and design books, creative tools, and desk items. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.

  • Up to Ten (10) Runner-Up Winners will each receive a smaller creative prize such as a book, notebook, sticker set, or similar item. ARV per runner-up prize: $25 or less.

Total prize value: approximately $750 or less.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and may not be exchanged or redeemed for cash. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary due to availability.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 3, 2025, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.

The potential winners will be notified via the email address used to enter within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential Grand Prize Winner must respond within 48 hours of notification and complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, and any other required documentation within seven (7) days of receipt.

Failure to respond or provide required documents within the stated time will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes will only be shipped to addresses within the United States.

7. General Conditions

By entering, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries or communications;

  • Technical errors, failures, or malfunctions of any kind; or

  • Unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control that affect the administration, security, or fairness of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, using automated systems, engaging in fraudulent behavior, or otherwise violating these Official Rules. Sponsor may cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes if it becomes compromised for any reason.

8. Publicity

Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use the winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and statements for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation or permission.

9. Release and Limitations of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim, cause of action, or liability arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SPONSOR BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THIS PROMOTION OR ANY PRIZE.

10. Governing Law

All issues concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any legal actions arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Clark County, Washington.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at https://www.retrosupply.co/pages/privacy-policy.

By entering, you consent to the collection and use of your information for the administration of this Sweepstakes and for receiving email communications from Sponsor (you may unsubscribe at any time).

12. Winner List

To request the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
