RETURN POLICY

We get it, sometimes things go sideways. Maybe you grabbed the wrong version, downloaded twice by accident, or hit a weird glitch. We’ve got your back.

Because RetroSupply products are digital downloads, all sales are technically final — but we’re also human. If something genuinely went wrong, we’ll do our best to make it right.


WHAT’S COVERED

This policy covers our digital products, things like brushes, textures, fonts, and toolkits.

Not covered:

  • Collections or bundles

  • Third-party products

  • Physical merchandise (books, apparel, posters, etc.)

  • Purchases made during flash sales or discounts over 30%


REFUNDS (WHEN WE CAN HELP)

We’ll happily issue a refund within 30 days of purchase if:

  • You accidentally bought a duplicate product

  • You purchased the wrong software version (like Procreate instead of Photoshop)

  • There’s a verified technical issue that we can reproduce on our end (not user error)

Each customer is eligible for up to two refunds total across their lifetime of purchases.

Once a refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for it to appear on your payment method.


EXCHANGES & CREDITS

If you picked up the wrong version or platform, we can usually swap it out or issue store credit — at our discretion. We want you to have the version that fits your workflow best.


HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR EXCHANGE

Send us an email at support@retrosupply.co within 30 days of your order.

Include your order number, what went wrong, and any helpful details or screenshots. Our small but mighty team will get back to you as soon as possible.


A QUICK NOTE

We do our best to be fair and flexible, but because our products are digital, we can’t take them “back.” That’s why we ask for a little understanding and why we make exceptions only when it’s truly warranted.

PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE POLICY

We sometimes release limited-edition physical goods including books, apparel, posters, and other collectible items. Because of their small-batch nature and production costs, all physical merchandise sales are final.

We don’t accept returns or exchanges on physical items unless they arrive damaged or defective.

If your order shows up in less-than-perfect shape, please email support@retrosupply.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund when possible.
