Can I use the 30% discount as many times as I want?
Yes, but please note that the discount cannot be combined with other discounts. The discount is only valid for digital products, and it is non-transferable.
What is the refund policy for the Secret Society?
This membership is not refundable. Because this membership is billed monthly or annually, you can cancel any time and not be charged for the following period. However, cancellations requested will not result in partial refunds.
What does “some restrictions apply” mean?
RetroSupply reserves the right to restrict discount to select digital and physical products that can only be purchased with cash or cash-like equivalents (credits and discounts not included). However, the majority of products will not be affected.
What is the RetroSupply Vault?
The RetroSupply Vault is a collection of digital goods that includes dozens of never-released products, rarities that aren't available in the shop, and product sample packs. Secret Society members have access to the Vault.
Anything else I should know?
RetroSupply has the right to modify the Secret Society benefits, including discounts, community access, events, RetroSupply Vault, and other features. The Secret Society is non-refundable but can be cancelled anytime.
