1. Sponsor

This promotion (“Promotion”) is sponsored by RetroSupply Co., LLC (“Sponsor”), located in Vancouver, Washington, USA.

2. Eligibility

Promotion is open only to legal residents of the United States and Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entry (Multiple Entries Allowed)

During the Promotion Period, eligible customers automatically receive entries for making a purchase on retrosupply.co as follows:

  • 1 entry per order

  • 3 additional entries for every $100 USD spent (subtotal before tax and shipping)

Examples:

  • $0–$99.99 → 1 entry

  • $100–$199.99 → 4 entries

  • $200–$299.99 → 7 entries

Sponsor may announce different multipliers for specific Promotions, which will be disclosed in that Promotion’s announcement.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

To enter without making a purchase, send an email to support@retrosupply.co with the subject line “RetroSupply Giveaway Entry.” Include your full name, email address, and mailing address. Each valid AMOE submission earns one (1) entry. Limit one (1) AMOE entry per person per Promotion. All entries—paid and free—have an equal chance of winning.

4. Promotion Period

The start and end dates for each Promotion will be stated in the promotional page, email, or social announcement (“Promotion Period”). Entries received before or after the Promotion Period are void. Promotions may run for one day or multiple days.

5. Multiple Simultaneous Promotions

Sponsor may run multiple giveaways at the same time. Each giveaway is considered a separate Promotion unless explicitly combined. Entries do not carry over between Promotions. Sponsor may award multiple prizes within a single Promotion.

6. Prizes

Prizes will be stated in the Promotion announcement and may include, but are not limited to:

  • Screen printing kits

  • Art or design books

  • Creative tools

  • Letterpress kits

  • RetroSupply products

  • Digital goods (fonts, brushes, textures, PDFs)

  • Merchandise or apparel

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize is generally $100 USD or less, unless noted otherwise.

Prize Substitution

Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the listed prize becomes unavailable, inventory errors occur, vendor delays arise, or shipping becomes impractical. Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

7. Winner Selection

Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries.

8. Winner Notification & Requirements

Winners will be notified via email within 72 hours after the Promotion ends. To claim a prize, winners must respond within 72 hours. Failure to respond, ineligibility, or refusal of the prize may result in selection of an alternate winner.

9. Shipping & Delivery

Physical Prizes

Sponsor will ship physical prizes at no cost to U.S. and Canadian addresses. Winners are responsible for any duties, customs fees, or taxes.

Digital Prizes

Digital prizes will be delivered electronically to the email associated with the winning entry.

10. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to follow these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions (final and binding). Entrants release Sponsor from liability related to participation or prize use. Sponsor may announce winner’s first name, last initial, and city/state/province unless prohibited by law. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel any Promotion if fraud, malfunction, or technical issues compromise its integrity.

12. Governing Law

These rules and the Promotion are governed by the laws of the State of Washington and applicable U.S. federal laws.
