I am a Props Designer and in our field the cameras get close to our work. So you want times to look as authentic as possible. I wasn't able to achieve the detail I wanted until I started using Color Lab this summer. When I started showing other props folks how it worked it blew all our minds. It's old school look and authenticity are making me want to use it over and over for everything.
Make sure you follow the tutorials so you are using the tools properly. The huge plus is the skin tone chart that lets you represent all kinds of people from all over our planet...and BEYOND!!

CMYK lines, going through my mind!
This set is ace! I originally bought the set to try and learn more about half tone with dots and after watching all the great petrol supply videos on YouTube discovered that they were also halftime lines and I’ve absolutely fallen in love with all the crazy amount of shades and colours details you can create using just Four different directions of lines.
Would recommend five stars!

Halftone Love at Last
I put off getting halftone brushes for the longest time, but stumbling across the Summer Sale I had no more excuses and I'm happy I picked these up. The satisfaction from working through the example file alone made it well worth the purchase and I look forward to using these plenty more in the future

Fun Brushes and Paper Textures
These brushes are fun. I will say they feel
A bit redundant at times—you may get double digit brushes, but for a newb like me it sort of feels like 5 brushes 10 ways. I do wish there was more explanation behind them and how to use them appropriately. Talk to me like I’m ignorant and not artistic…cause it’s mostly true.
