By entering the Fright-Fall Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes"), you agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of RetroSupply LLC ("Sponsor") and confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements.

1. ELIGIBILITY:

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, Canada (excluding Quebec), Australia, and the United Kingdom who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Due to legal and regulatory compliance issues and the cost and logistics involved in administering an international contest, participation is limited to residents of these countries only.

Employees of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors, and their immediate family members or household members are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is governed by U.S. law and is void where prohibited. No purchase is necessary to enter or win, and a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

2. HOW TO ENTER:

To enter the Sweepstakes, subscribe to the Fright-Fall email list ("Primary Entry").

You may earn an Additional Entry by posting a drawing to your primary Instagram account that includes:

  • The hashtag #frightfall2025, and

  • A mention of @retrosupply in the caption.

Each Instagram post must include an original drawing, be publicly visible, and remain live through October 31st of the respective Sweepstakes year. Participants may earn one entry per day, up to 31 entries total during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Participants may also engage in the Fright-Fall drawing challenge through RetroSupply’s premium community, The Secret Society, which includes a 30-day free trial. However, participation in The Secret Society is not required to enter or win the Sweepstakes.

IMPORTANT: Due to limitations of Instagram and Meta’s display systems (such as restricted visibility of hashtags and mentions), Sponsor cannot guarantee that all eligible entries will be seen or tallied. Sponsor will make a good-faith effort to identify all valid entries but assumes no responsibility for any missed entries due to these platform limitations.

3. PRIZES AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE ("ARV"):

Grand Prize: One (1) Apple Gift Card or PayPal payment up to the value of a baseline 13-inch iPad Pro model (ARV: up to $1,299 USD). The exact delivery method and value is at Sponsor’s discretion.

Runner-Up Prizes: Three (3) Apple Gift Cards or PayPal payments, each up to the value of an Apple Pencil Pro (ARV: up to $129 USD each).

Important for Non-U.S. Winners: Due to logistical constraints, Sponsor reserves the right to issue a digital gift card or PayPal payment equivalent to the prize value instead of a physical item. Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to fulfill prizes, but if Apple or other fulfillment platforms restrict delivery or use in your country, a PayPal payment or alternative form of equivalent value will be provided.

It is the winner's responsibility to have an active and valid PayPal account (or other accepted method) to receive the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for any issues or delays in prize receipt related to account setup or platform limitations.

4. ODDS OF WINNING:

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Entry Period.

5. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION:

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted on or before November 29th of the Sweepstakes year. Winners will be notified via email and may be required to confirm prize acceptance and complete an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and, where permitted, a Publicity Release ("Affidavit/Release") within 7 days of notification. Failure to comply may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Prizes will be awarded within 30 days of receipt and verification of the completed Affidavit/Release or prize notification.

6. GENERAL CONDITIONS:

Prizes are non-transferable and non-assignable, except to a surviving spouse. No cash redemption or prize substitution is allowed except at the Sponsor's sole discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

By entering, you consent to the use of your name, artwork, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries;

  • Technical or human error that may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes;

  • Platform limitations (including but not limited to Instagram or Meta visibility issues).

8. DISPUTES:

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Washington, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. All disputes arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Washington.

9. PRIVACY:

Personal information collected during the Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with RetroSupply’s Privacy Policy. Please refer to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service available on our website.

10. WINNERS LIST:

To request a list of winners, send an email to RetroSupply LLC at support@retrosupply.co within 30 days after the Sweepstakes has concluded. The winners list will include the first name, last initial, and state or country of residence for each winner, for privacy purposes.

11. MISCELLANEOUS:

Sponsor reserves the right to modify these Official Rules at any time. Any attempt to tamper with the Sweepstakes or its operations is a violation of criminal and civil law, and Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and pursue all available legal remedies.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Meta, or Apple.

By entering the Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.
