Full Refund Policy
1. Digital Products
RetroSupply products are digital downloads including brushes, textures, fonts, toolkits, and educational materials.
Because digital products cannot be physically returned once downloaded, all sales are considered final except in the situations described below.
Refunds, exchanges, or store credit may be granted at the discretion of RetroSupply Co.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds may be granted in the following situations:
Product not a good fit. You tried the product and decided it does not fit your workflow.
Duplicate purchase. You accidentally purchased the same product more than once.
Wrong software version. You purchased a product for the wrong software platform.
Verified technical issue. Refunds may be granted for technical problems if the issue occurs on a supported software version listed on the product page, the issue is not caused by user error or unsupported software, evidence such as screenshots or recordings is provided, and we are able to reproduce the issue.
3. Lifetime Refund Limit
Each customer may receive a maximum of two refunds during their lifetime of purchases.
Store credit and exchanges count toward this limit.
The limit applies per person or company, regardless of how many email addresses, accounts, or household members are used.
Once this limit is reached, additional refunds or credits will not be issued.
4. Non-Refundable Purchases
The following are not eligible for refunds unless approved at our discretion.
The I Want It All Box. Because it includes physical items produced in small batches alongside the full digital library, the I Want It All Box is final sale.
Large discounts. Orders purchased during promotions or discounts of 40% or greater are not eligible for refunds.
Gift cards. Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value.
Physical merchandise. See section 10.
Bundles and collections ARE eligible for refunds under the same 30-day terms as individual products.
5. Exchanges and Store Credit
In some cases we may offer an exchange or store credit instead of a refund.
Store credit counts toward your lifetime refund limit, cannot be converted into a refund, has no cash value, and expires 12 months after issuance.
Once a product has been exchanged or store credit has been issued, the original purchase is considered resolved and is no longer eligible for a refund.
6. After a Refund
You may keep any files you have already downloaded.
Your download access for refunded products is removed, and we no longer provide support for refunded products.
Partial refunds may temporarily affect download access to other products on the same order. If that happens, contact us and our team will restore access to anything you still own.
7. Subscriptions and the Secret Society
You can cancel at any time. The current month is not refunded, and your access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.
8. Abuse Prevention
RetroSupply reserves the right to deny refunds, exchanges, or support requests if we believe this policy is being abused or a request is not made in good faith.
Examples may include excessive refund requests, repeated purchasing and refunding of products, attempts to bypass the lifetime refund limit, and requesting refunds after receiving exchanges or store credit.
All decisions are made at RetroSupply's discretion.
9. How to Request a Refund
Email support@retrosupply.co within 30 days of purchase.
Please include your order number, the product name, a short explanation of the issue, and screenshots if you are reporting a technical problem.
Approved refunds typically appear on your payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
10. Physical Merchandise
Occasionally RetroSupply releases limited-edition physical items such as books, apparel, or posters. Because these are produced in small batches, all physical merchandise sales are final.
Returns are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact support@retrosupply.co within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue and your order number.
What changed from the March 5, 2026 version
- Bundles and collections are now refundable. Previously listed as non-refundable with a possible prorated partial refund. That whole clause is gone.
- The I Want It All Box is now named as final sale. It was not called out before.
- Third-party and partner products are now refundable. Previously excluded due to revenue-sharing. Operational consequence: vendor royalty reports must subtract refunds from partner payouts, or every refund on a partner product is an unrecovered cost.
- The two-refund lifetime cap now states it applies per person or company across multiple email addresses, accounts, or household members.
- Section 6 is now definitive about what happens after a refund: you keep downloaded files, download access is removed, support ends for refunded products. Previously this was hedged as "may affect download access."
- A subscription clause was added for the Secret Society.
- The 40% discount cutoff is unchanged from March 5.
- The 30-day window, the two-refund cap, store credit rules, abuse prevention, the request process and physical merchandise are unchanged from March 5.
