When I was eight years old my dad showed me a trick called the Haunted Hanky.
The magician puts a handkerchief on the table, whispers some secret incantations, and slooowwly the handkerchief begins to dance and move on the table.
That was the beginning of a lifelong love of magic. So when we were working on this paper texture pack there was a point where we demoed the Laid Paper on a piece of art and the effect looked like pure magic.
These paper textures will give you the same thrill as one of those magic tricks your uncle would show you when you were a kid. So we thought it was only fitting to design the pack to look like a beginning magician's guidebook.

I'd been looking for a nice Hot Press watercolour texture to nail the look of ink illustration for my webcomic. I can confidently say, this paper texture pack scratched that itch and more! If you need flexible authentic feeling paper textures for replications of traditional media, choose this pack, it’ll have you completely covered ^^
My only complaint is that I wish I could download the paper texture folder compositions as materials rather than CSP files. This is to save time installing them as materials manually, though I also get the intent for yourself to curate.
I’ll 100% be using these for my comic when it comes out thank you so much!

They look fine. A few appeared low res to me; in my case it was the Classic Comic, Hot Press and Mummy Paper, the texture already starts to look blurry at 80% zoom (not even at 100% zoom). Other textures look clearly more high res than these.
The support team reached out back to me and confirmed that's how they're supposed to look (saying that the texture look fine from their side), so it might be just a me-problem. Purchase at your own risk; I purchased during Black Friday sale and if it was at more than 30% discount there'll be no refund.

Excellent paper texture files. You can adjust the texture to your liking. My favorites are the Linen and the Tabloid.
