I’ve been wanting this set since it was launched; my old iPad Air 2nd generation has the display kind of burned so colors and over all operation (due to its age) aren’t easy, so to be able to create with precision and some comfort I needed a brush set to make the process easy.

Then, I draw on this old iPad now with Inferno Ink, then I send the Procreate file to my iPhone 12 and complete the art: color, FXs and other possible elements the piece could need.

am i a great artist? no. do i claim to be an expert? absolutely not. but am i someone who understands what makes or breaks a brush and has a brush library that my friends have visibly paled at? Yes. i have a problem. if my library was tangible, it would be easily classified as a hoarding situation, but hey. different brushstrokes for different folks.

anyway, i’ve always been a little picky about inks. i don’t love doing lineart digitally—it never has completely clicked for me like traditional nibs and brushes have, and there have been many nights of scrunched foreheads squinting at my ipad screen as a result. plainly put, i’ve been a little bitch about digital inkers! and that is why i think that it speaks volumes that i first bought inferno ink for clip studio paint, and then i dived in again for the procreate version. it’s stellar.

it feels *so* good to use. the versatility between brushes always feels like a delightful addition to my engagement cube. if you’re an artist bemoaning the digital tools market not fulfilling your eternal lineart related suffering (regardless of skill level), i can say with confidence that you’ll get a kick out of this. hell can be fun! i recommend burning! get crispy with it!

This set of ink is quickly becoming my favorite & go-to collection of brushes. Really helps take all the thinking out of finding a good inker - they're all right here in one pack.
